ABSTRACT
The definition of the degree of order of industrial structure was put forward by Professor Sifeng Liu in 2004 for the first time. “It reflects the extent that a country or a region’s industrial structure is close to the target structure and could be taken as a quantitative indicator to measure the level of rationalization of the national or regional industrial structure. Through the analysis of changes in order degree of the industrial structure, we can accurately grasp and judge whether or not the industrial restructuring is in the correct direction.” By related theories and methods of the Grey system, Professor Sifeng Liu established the model of estimating the order degree of industrial structure and used this model to analyze and discuss the selection of objective industrial structure in China and achieved good results.
