ABSTRACT

As we have entered the decade of 2010, as a world dependent on global economy, we have seen just how fragile and vulnerable we really are. Our world has seen fairly severe natural environmental disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornados, volcanic eruptions, flood, and fires, all of which covered by the press worldwide, that have led to loss of life and created economic chaos and severe business interruptions and consequences. Whether natural or unnatural (cyber attacks, disruption of service, fraud, terrorism, market collapse, etc.), such events cost organizations.
