ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with some aspects on the regulation and legislation of biopesticides. One of the major problems of biopesticide regulation is that regulations are governed by systems originally designed for chemical pesticides. In the first few paragraphs in Section 8.1, some studies about innovative biopesticide regulatory systems are discussed. In subsequent sections, information about regulations and registration procedures in different countries or in organizations can be found. The list of countries is not exhaustive.
