ABSTRACT

In the field of biological analysis, the need for multiparametric assays has promoted the development of supports bearing a series of biomolecules linked to support in precise locations (addressed). In order to reach a high information density, miniaturization of this kind of support has been undertaken. For this task, two strategies have been developed: direct in-situ oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) synthesis and postsynthesis coupling.
