ABSTRACT
Site utilities, in concept, are simple and straightforward, but their installation can have a significant impact on the project schedule. Further, because most utility lines are installed in trench excavations in unknown terrain, this work has a high potential for project delays and change order caused by unforeseen conditions unearthed during the progress of work.
