Mixed models for binary data

In this chapter, we return to the analysis of binary data. The standard models for binary data, such as the logit and probit models, were introduced in Chapter 3, Section 3.1. In the current chapter, we discuss how these models may be extended to handle hierarchical or multi-level binary data.
