to the rest of the body; hormones from glands to the rest of the body; soluble cellular wastes from the rest of the body to the urinary system; and components of the immune system (white blood cells and antibodies) to sites of infection. Components − : heart, blood, major blood vessels (arteries and veins), minor vessels (arterioles and venules), and microscopic vessels (capillaries).
