INTRODUCTION

Many cosmetics are manufactured according to the process classified in chemical

engineering as emulsification or distribution. Various emulsification and

distribution technologies have been developed in recent years. Regarding for-

mulation emulsification technology, the phase inversion emulsifying method, the

gel emulsifying method, and the D phase emulsifying method are used. As a

form of mechanical emulsification technology, there is also the emulsifying

method in which mechanical power (mainly shear, impact, and cavitation is

applied).
