ABSTRACT
Organizations as a kind of social system have a long tradition. They can be rigid, friendly, innovative, or conservative; they are complex and difcult to comprehend. But the last time the research that concerns analysis of organizations is absolutely necessary as the understanding of creativity’s nature is indispensable is in problem solutions in organizations, rms, and institutions.
