ABSTRACT

This paper aims to draw attention to responsibility in management education, as a mandatory condition for creation of a responsible future manager, who will have skills, knowledge, and particular features to conduct the business in a sustainable way. Of course, it is not a new topic in management, as presented in the very beginning. Actually, it goes back to the ancient ages. However, the nature and impact of responsibility on business faced a similar evolution as facilitation and performance of exchanges, which is central to business. The general idea of responsibility has never changed. But the approaches have changed. Nowadays, it is crucial for the success of the global business to gain young professionals, university graduates in management sciences, highly and appropriate educated, with well-developed managerial skills and a strong sense of business, economic, social, and green responsibility.
