ABSTRACT

Dynamic changes in the environment and social evolution cause the necessity for adapting the organization internal system to the new situation and to the new requirements. While identifying organizations’ development opportunities arising from the environment, the change of economy model resulting from the Lisbon Strategy must be considered. The Lisbon Strategy has assumed the construction of the most competitive knowledge-based economy in the world, which would be able to maintain a sustainable economic development and create more and better positions in jobs, as well as it would keep the social coherence.
