Learners do not receive any specic qualications or professional licenses as the result of such training programs, but they signicantly expand their knowledge and skills, their understanding of some phenomena, and their attitude toward said phenomena. The sum of training courses completed may lead to the acquisition of new qualications. There should also be a way to formally identify and recognize them.
