ABSTRACT
Individual regulations require certain QA practices for medical linacs; these requirements dier from state to state within the United States, may be dierent from one country to another, and some may not be well suited to these special-purpose devices. e physicist must ensure that the use of mobile IORT equipment complies with any relevant regulations within their state or country and/or apply for exemptions where justied.
