ABSTRACT
Some nano lled polymer composites such as carbon black and fumed silica- lled polymers have been used for more than a century. A variety of clays such as montmorillonite and organoclays have been used to obtain unusual nanocomposites. Nowadays, exploring these new nano llers is one of the many challenges for the nanocomposites community in order to develop new nanocomposite materials with speci c properties.
