ABSTRACT

Due to the constant development of nanotechnologies and functional nanomaterials used in information systems, researchers need to look for new ideas and radically new constructive solutions to ensure eµcient device operation, record-breaking high speed, and integration of elements. On the other hand, functional elements being formed in nanometer range require landmark approaches. It refers especially to the formation of informationlogical devices at the molecular level. ›at is, the formation of nanodevices by direct impact on separate molecules or atoms is not eµcient in the long run. ›e total time taken for operations with separate molecules leads to tremendous amount of time taken to form the device and huge costs.
