ABSTRACT
In DMLC IMRT, modulated radiation uence is delivered in a continuous fashion using multileaf collimators. e goal of the leaf-sequencing algorithm is to determine the appropriate leaf speed as a function of time to deliver the modulated uence accurately to the intended anatomy.
