Finally, these objects can be “instantiated” to describe a particular instance of an object. For example, an instance of a case with a single treatment plan consisting of parallel opposed beams would be modeled by creating an instance of a “Case” linked to an instance of “hasTreatmentPlan” property to an instance of “Treatment Plan” identifying specific properties such as “Name,” “Description,” etc., as well as relationship links to two instances of “TreatmentBeam” objects along with their properties.
