ABSTRACT
Let us do some work to see if we can relax the assumption of just two constituent bonds. Conceptually a multi-bond CDO will work in a very similar way as the two-bond CDO worked; the same “cash waterfall” idea in which each tranche must be paid in full before those tranches junior to it are paid applies.
