ABSTRACT
Benign minor salivary gland tumours present as painless, firm, slow-growing swellings. Overlying ulceration is extremely rare. Minor salivary gland tumours of the upper lip are managed by excision to include the overlying mucosa, with primary closure (Fig. 47.2a-c).
