ABSTRACT
Practitioners of CM have been so well trained and the definitions for the terms used in their art have such specific meanings that they lose focus at times of the management theory that resulted in the documentation they know so well and cite chapter and verse. CM and its subelement DM are not something that sprung fully formed from the military minds of the post-World War II era ca. 1960. Part interchangeability existed as early as 210 BCE.
