ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the energy situation, particularly the renewable resources and energy that are being utilized and implemented in the less-developed countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Laos PDR, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Nepal. The status of the renewable resources and energy in other developed countries like Malaysia and Thailand is also reviewed.
