ABSTRACT
L = g (5.1) where L is an operator which may be differential, integral or integro-differential, g is the known excitation or source function, and is the unknown function to be determined. So far, we have limited our discussion to cases for whichL is differential. In this chapter, we will treat L as an integral or integro-differential operator.
