, Matsuyama et al. (2003) showed there were still a significant number of bacteria in dental plaque capable of fermenting it. Using the Uchida-Kraepelin psychodiagnostic test, Kashimura et al. (2003) found that 5 g of palatinose enhanced mental concentration by increasing calculation ability.
