ABSTRACT
A septate uterus distorts the symmetry of the uterine cavity and may interfere with normal reproduction. When surgical treatment is required, it can be provided transcervically via the hysteroscope utilizing a variety of methods. These include mechanical hysteroscopic scissors, thermal energies via the resectoscope and laser energy via fiberoptic lasers.
