ABSTRACT
She had blood pressures of 154/68 mmHg and 108/74 mmHg in the right and left arms, respectively. The carotid pulses were normal. A bruit was present over the left supra-and infraclavicular areas. The left axillary, brachial, radial and ulnar pulses were palpable but diminished compared with the right arm.
