ABSTRACT

Under minimal sedation, a bifurcated unibody endograft (Endologix: Phoenix, AZ, USA) was deployed percutaneously via a 12 Fr sheath in the right common femoral artery and a 9 Fr sheath in the left common femoral artery. The proximal end of the device was positioned below the renal arteries, and the limbs were deployed below the bifurcation in the common iliac arteries (Figure 22.3). A completion angiogram visualized both renal arteries and demonstrated good exclusion of the aneurysm without endoleaks (Figure 22.4). The right delivery sheath was removed and the vessel was closed with a fascia suture. The contralateral sheath was removed and groin pressure applied.
