ABSTRACT
A 47-year-old woman sustained a stroke when her systolic blood pressure was 235 mmHg and was evaluated because of increasing difficulty controlling her hypertension. She was screened for renal artery stenosis with color-flow duplex imaging (CFDI), which suggested right renal artery stenosis.
