ABSTRACT

The biotrickling filters pilots were composed of three filtration unit filled with three different packing materials. On the one hand, the monitoring consisted in the measurement of classical physico-chemical parameters (H2S abatement, elimination capacities, and effluent pH). On the other hand, the microbiological aspect was monitored by using molecular techniques (soxB qPCR and DGGE, 16r DNA qPCR and DGGE and DAPI).
