ABSTRACT
Theory of the systems reliability is particularly applicable in the electronic protection systems, which taking into consideration their specific character of use, should be characterized by the high level of reliability. The devices and electronic units in the wide range applied in these systems, especially microprocessor systems, require necessity of the new point of view on reliability and the safety of these systems. Paper presents reliability analysis of the electronic protection systems.
