ABSTRACT
Whereas leaders and leadership situations differs, has caused numerous leadership definitions. While some of the definitions of leadership based on leader characteristics, some of the other based on behaviors, and another on situations. A definition of leadership needs to sufficiently comprise different theories through applications.
