ABSTRACT
Roller-compacted concrete (RCC) is mainly characterized by its lower cement and water contents and lower consistence, if compared to conventional concrete. This properties lead to mixtures with reduced workability, requiring the use of special compacting methods and improved in situ quality control (Andriolo 1998).
