Use of bitumen emulsion in urban paving

In Brazil a great deficit exists in the urban paving due to combinations of several factors tied mainly the lack of investments in infrastructure. Roads are necessary for the growth of the cities, of the states and of the country. More and more studies in the paving area have been promoting the economical and social developments and the intrinsic connection with the urban network.
