In our consulting practice, the Standard Template is often used to introduce clients to the Dynamic Modeling methodology and how it can be applied to chronic indications. However, the flexibility of the approach allows this basic structure to be adapted and expanded to meet the unique characteristics of individual markets. This chapter will focus on five common modifications to the Standard Template that have proven themselves useful in analyzing various indications.
