Systems thinking is to move from metrics analysis toward synthesis, from single-variable perspective to multi-variable perspective, from singledimensional consideration to multi-dimensional considerations. Systems thinking involves creating process maps and process models for interactive decision-making, keeping system goals in mind all the way.
