ABSTRACT
This chapter completes our tour on moving IT Offshore. It is hoped the journey is just beginning. Offshore offers myriad benefits to the organization. The benefits most usually anticipated with Offshore include, of course, dramatic overall cost savings, with all of the competitive opportunities that implies. Many companies also experience the positive results from the required higher level of methodology discipline, including improved documentation, and greater overall efficiency.
