ABSTRACT

Today, our senses are not very solicited and then they are still dull. Therefore, each new feeling will surprise us. The first effect of the sensorial p roduct is thus the creation of surprises, which attract and allure customers. However, this surprising effect has a relatively short lifespan, because very quickly we accustom ourselves to a new feeling. Then, it is necessary to renew unceasingly these surprising effects. Of course, this task is delicate and requires a great creativity. Otherwise, the play side of surprising effects could easily be perceived as a gimmick, from which a lot of customers might turn away quickly.
