ABSTRACT

The analysis methods that were presented in Chapter 6 are used to learn about the nature, cause, scope and composition of a problem or opportunity. Methods that were covered in Chapter 7 are used to determine what humans are expected to do. The evaluation methods that are presented in this chapter make it possible to see how well the decisions that were made during the design process actually turn out.
