were digested with HNO3-HClO4 (3:2, v/v) and plant samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4 (4:1, v/v). In addition, the plant available Se in soil was extracted with 1M K2HPO4-KH2PO4 (pH = 7). All samples were determined by the method using AFS-930. Quality control of Se analysis was assessed using duplicates, method blanks, matrix spikes and certified reference materials. The Kriging method with ArcGIS 10.0 was used to create the geographical distribution map of total Se in soil and plants.
