ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: This paper studies the resource based cities where gives priority to resource consumption. On the basis of understanding urban features in four counties of Xilingol League and considering the dependence of socioeconomic system on resources environment system to choose ecological security evaluation system from resources, society, economic, environment, including socioeconomic safety system, resources environment security system were mainly established. Principal Component Analysis method (PCA) is adopted to deal with dimension reduction of two types of indicators in each county to get composite value. The principle of information distribution and fuzzy deduction are applied to figure out the fuzzy relationship between socioeconomic and resources environment in the case of data deficiency and analyzing ecological security in four counties. The result shows that ecological status of four counties has distinction in different time interval among 20 years.
