ABSTRACT

At present, there are a lot of theories, methods and related technologies on the above research, but most of them are needed the help of one or more professional softwares (such as: Easyfit, Excel, R, Matlab, Eviews, ArcGIS and @Risk and so on) to calculate the intermediate result step by step, so the result of previous steps is the necessary factor to the next step. In addition, each step will be achieved through complicated operation, even programming. Therefore, the efficiency of traditional method is very satisfactory, and it cannot meet the need of the modern scientific research and commercial application. Now, however, there is not a software system which can apply to the research and application requirements of risk analysis, risk evaluation, insurance premium making and indemnity estimating.
