ABSTRACT
The impact of highway construction on the soil is mainly to change the soil structure and texture. In addition, the soil will be polluted by the chemical substances such as the lead, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide, which are produced during the running of the highway. The relevant research has shown that the scope of soil pollution caused by the highway can be up to 50 m.
