ABSTRACT
At present, the cause of many pollutants in the surface water environment pollution in our country, caused by oil pollution of water environment is increasingly serious, and even lead to ecological disaster. Oil contains aromatic hydrocarbons, cycloalkanes, alkanes such as fluorescent substance, and aromatic hydrocarbons has a strong fluorescence characteristics. But conventional fluorescence spectrometry provides less information, the spectral characteristics of the fluorescent substance can not be completely unfolded. Threedimensional fluorescence spectroscopy can get the fluorescence intensity information when the excitation and emission wavelengths simultaneously changing, and a large amount of information provided, more obvious of the fluorescence characteristics, also can be used for the separation of simple mixture, which has particular advantages in qualitative analysis of petroleum organic matter in water.
