ABSTRACT
The three numerical characteristics of expected value, entropy and hyper entropy are used to characterize an uncertainty concept, i.e. cloud. Expected value Ex: indicating the expected value of cloud droplet distribution on the domain space, which can represent the point of the qualitative concept. Entropy En: it is the uncertainty measure of qualitative concept, which is determined by randomness and fuzziness and can reflect the correlation between randomness and fuzziness. Hyper entropy He: it is the uncertain measure of entropy, i.e. the entropy’s entropy, which reflects the degree of dispersion of the cloud.
