Still-Water Bending Moment (SWBM) and Vertical Wave-Induced Bending Moment (VWBM). Due to the fact that SWBM and VWBM are two different stochastic load processes that vary with time, it is practically impossible for both maxima of SWBM and VWBM to happen simultaneously.
