ABSTRACT
The method of settlement used allowed to obtain a relatively low price of cooling power (157, 10 PLN/MWh excl. VAT in 2003) and at the same time to generate funds enabling the quick process of paying back the loans taken by SEJ S.A. for the project’s implementation.
