ABSTRACT
The duty of the observation of the impact of mining can directly be derived from the Geological and Mining Law and the obligations of the Law on Environmental Protection. One of the most important negative effects of mining influence includes the deformations of the surface of the area. They make a direct thereat to the constructions as well as the management of the area.
