ABSTRACT
For CCS to be effective, cost concerns must be addressed. In Europe and other OECD economies, the price of CO2 is an issue. A project developer must determine if the CCS project cost (capital, operating, and fi nancial) will be lower than the CO2 price over the project lifetime.
