ABSTRACT
Fig. 11 shows an experimental result of the on/off driving response of the optical actuator occurring when the both surfaces of the optical actuator are alternately irradiated with ultraviolet light with the intensity of 960 Wfm2. The result indicates that the operation of the optical actuator follows the input almost immediately.
