ABSTRACT
The rainfall intensity in Haikou is big and rainfall is many from July to October 2010, which not only seriously influence the construction and safety of the project under construction, also caused some completed buildings’ potential disease outbreaks. This paper take the ground collapse of a teaching building in Haikou as an example, through field investigation and detection, analysis the reason and put forward a reasonable management plan.
