ABSTRACT
Recent progress in molecular biology has revealed that some disorders correlate directly with gene expression, so we may link some diseases to their responsible specific genes. For medical application, the benefit of such knowledge is immeasurable; for example, specific gene detection permits gene therapy and diagnosis for several hereditary, infectious, and neoplastic diseases (Baba, 1996; Epplen et al., 1995).
